“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.” Jer. 29:11 NKJV
These powerful words, prophetically spoken to Israel by the prophet Jeremiah many years ago, are the same words God has been declaring into our hearts for several years. And we know this is the message He intends for us to take to the nations. God’s will is to extend the hope of heaven to the nations of the earth. To transform cultures, alter the destiny of this generation, and give them a future filled with joy, hope and life everlasting, rather than a mere existence filled with unbearable pain, misery and suffering.
I believe we are standing on the verge of the greatest outpouring this world has ever known. At a time when nations are being shaken by war, pestilence, failed economies, and natural disasters, we (the church) must respond to the clarion call of God to take His good news to hurting people, to restore order in regions where confusion
reigns, and make peace through the declared Word of salvation—God’s word that removes the enmity of the flesh, and makes us one with God, through Calvary.
Please pray for us, as we take the gospel to broken people all over the world. Pray that we will be anointed to declare His Word, and the words we speak will not be our own, but those which issue from the Father’s heart to his children, wherever they live. Our call is simple: To help build the church and save souls. And that is what we are seeking to do, both here at home and abroad.
The bottom line is this: People are people, wherever you find them. They all have the same needs, experience the same pains, and need to know the same life-changing hope that only a personal relationship with the Savior can bring them. Our desire is to share the love of Jesus to those who need it most.
We sincerely thank you for your faithful prayers. We need you. For it is your prayers, that God has mightily responded to, healing us when we were sick, sustaining us when we were weary, and saving us from many bad situations. And, we know He will continue to do so, again and again. For His Word declares, “The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous person accomplishes much.”
What else can you do? God has flung open doors to us, but we cannot do it alone. We need your help. Travel is costly – especially in impoverished nations where we must bear our own expenses, with no compensation from anyone except our friends and faith-partners back home. When you pray, please consider how much God would have you give.
Let me thank you for giving … for them. For every soul that is saved, every life that is changed, every destiny that is forever altered by the power of God, will be done so—because someone here at home caught the vision, and gave—so that others might receive.
